Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a true owner of Performance Marketing (User Acquisition) for our clients' portfolio
manage a budget of ~$250k in monthly Ad Spend
directly responsible for meeting ROAS targets
optimize campaigns and allocate budget in way to maximize profits
plan and strategize: campaign setup, channel portfolio, market expansion
assess the campaign performance and find ways to grow
assess and evaluate creative performance & collaborate with the Design team to produce new assets
build holistic reports
Required qualification
3+ years hands-on experience with managing Meta or Google Ads campaigns
proven track record of planning and launching profitable campaigns
proven track record of monitoring and optimizing campaigns to achieve the target results (CPA, ROAS)
minimum of 1 year experience with Mobile App Marketing
Preferred skills
experience with Mobile Gaming and/or FinTech
advanced analytics and tracking skills (attribution, cohort performance etc.)
familiar with App Store Optimization (ASO)
familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
familiar with MMP: postbacks and SKAN related topics

We are a digital-first company with everyone being mainly remote but we can offer a hybrid model if needed. For now, the core team is based in Ho Chi Minh City, GMT+7. The rest of the team is spread across Germany, Czechia, Qatar, Singapore and Taiwan. The toughest is to align the timezones, other than that, we don’t have any rules — we trust each other and hold ourselves accountable based on the merit and the results, not how many hours we worked. We value transparency and honesty above anything else. This role is reporting directly to the CEO of the agency. There’s a very high likelihood that this hire, if ambitious and talented enough, will soon have a team to lead and will be directly in touch with the clients.
