  • Own paid acquisition strategy acrossplatforms
  • Allocate and manage significant budgets

  • Full KPI ownership and accountability

Client Leadership

  • Lead weekly and strategic client calls
  • Push back on bad ideas — diplomatically
  • Translate complex data into clear decisions
  • Be the 'adult in the room'

System Building

  • Improve and document SOPs
  • Raise the bar for agency standards
  • Build repeatable, scalable frameworks
